WARM UP

DAT THANG

Standard speakerboxxx workout, different exercises.  The songs were the songs you would hear of you were on a playlist entitled Sunshine and Rainbows.  If these songs didn’t make you happy, you might be a serial killer.  The exercise was determined by the GENDER of the singer of the song when you got to the line after running a sui-line drill.

Man singing: Curl/press/skull crush x 10 and squat x 10

Woman singing: Core killer x 10 and Burpee x 5

Playlist was as follows:

  1. I want it that way- Backstreet Boys
  2. Complicated – Avril Lavigne
  3. Only Wanna Be With You – HOOTIE
  4. Always Be my Baby- Mariah Carey
  5. Wake Me Up- WHAM (Namesake was absent)
  6. Wannabe- Spice Girls
  7. A Thousand Miles – Vanessa Carlton
  8. Kiss From A Rose- Seal
  9. Party in the USA- MILEY
  10. I’m On A Boat- Lonely Island

Time called at 0611 to take back the rocks and do a no-Mary Mary consisting of touching one’s toes and breathing deep.

Nobody had any problems so the Q had to invent some to pray about.

MOLESKIN

Great morning, I usually feel the speakerbox workouts make the workoit move faster, especially when Tombstone shits on every song.  I know everyone enjoyed and loved every song that played and the music was very much heterosexual.  Part of being manly is not caring what everyone else thinks, if you enjoy it, enjoy it unabashedly.

Today also marked 4 years to the day of my first post.  I was a useless lump then.  Thanks to you guys, I am no longer a useless lump and have a group of friends who hold me accountable to show up.  Thanks for it.
