9 Cardio craving studs joined YHC for a couple of polish victory laps around Carolando. 2 bikers and 7 runners. The ruckers are still missing!  Maybe the are such studs they are rucking so fast we are not even seeing them. Like a flash!

The PAX was Spaz and Turbine for our bikers  and QIC, Big Country, Talladega, Hop Hunter, Uecker, Loveboat, Mash and FNG George courtesy of Sir Topham.

2 bikers took off for the lovely stroll through Carolando and can only imagine they average 20mph!

The 8 runners took off and did all right turns around Carolando instead of left turns to do a polish victory lap or two.  Most got two full laps in and 4 miles +

Prayers and announcements: afton can can challenge on Saturday and 8:15 street clean up for the Dawgs.
