Thang: Board of Pain at the top of the employee deck. Pair of excercises and then run a lap around deck. Go until time called.

Found the coolest spot at ASEC for a wonderful crowd for a Thursday morning. PR arrived a touch later than normal but he was a better bloodhound than I was Tuesday. Great conversation as 2 of our 3 financial analyst came to terms with a compliance guy i.e. Cole/BuzzKill being in our midst. Everyone was soupy wet but good effort was completed by all. Coffee had much energy. I enjoy the guys kids not being in school. More time for more people and that makes for good story time. Fire Chicken and some golf tournament was brought up during COT. I decided to pray for the Lord’s will to be done as Fire Chicken would be good with that. Keep you eye out for other men to bring to our group because there isn’t a person that doesn’t need friends like y’all. We might could take some more Rowan County people.
