9 brave Pax emerged from the friendly confines of the FS for a Thursday edition of BB at the one and only RS. before 0530 hit a sweet white Hotrod rolled into the parking lot with some pipes to match our friend in the yellow mustang over at the townhouses. Not sure what was more impressive, the car or MC showing up before 0530. Disclaimer given and off we went

Mosey through the drop-off line with some buttkickers, high knees, Pox lunge stretch–in order to appreciate the planetary alignment in front of us in the early sky–pretty cool. Continue the mosey with some slides, luke keukely, power skips. zigzag parking lot line work and finally:

Thang 1

mosey to the newly constructed Great Wall of Odell(GWO), unless someone comes up with a better name, for some ladder work.

10-1 ladder of donkey kicks on the wall, bear crawl across the lot, air squat on the other side and quadraphelia back. quads were loving it. the new wall passed our inspection

Thang 2

partner up for some good old fashioned burpee tag. Word to the wise, never partner with Backstop for this!! he channeled his inner Golden Boy and went all out on the sprints and left his partner in the dust.

count off by 4 wait, 3, wait just 2. One group on far side of lot other on near. “sprint” relay while other pax performed some core exercises.

Thang 3

Mosey to the entrance alcove for some PC with cackalacky can can x 20 IC. Next was a progression of mind and body. Burpee train became the burpee wave in all its glory. Reminiscent of a Bills/Dolphins game in the late 80s when the wave rocked every NFL stadium, the pax were a true sight to behold.

Thang 4

Mosey to the hoops court for our last wall integrity inspection. 10-1 ladder once again. Donkey kicks, run across hoops court, merkins, basketball D slide back.
