Started with 15 merkins, 20 squats, 25 merkins and 30 squats

next exercise, 15 Will Smith slap the ground and jump shot, 20 LBCs, 25 Will Smith slap the ground and jump shot, 25 LBCs

Moseyed to the alcove D9 for some air squats and balls to the wall.

Moseyed grab some rocks and IC 15 curls, 15 skull crushers and 15 block squats(Twice)

Moseyed to the front of the middle school and partnered up.  Partner 1 started with 100 tricep dips while partner 2 ran.

Next exercise partner 1 did 50 step ups and partner 2 ran

Moseyed to the greenway entrance for some monkey humpers
