5 powerful giants of men came out to the workout, but left sand in the vaginas of the rest the Pax. The crew we had was strong. Here be what we did:

- Loose change x 10
- Circles o the arm
- Mosey to nearest lightpost for
My Thing-a-ling
This was an “telescoping ladder” where the pax did one exercise at the first light pole, and a the other exercise at the second light pole, then the third, then the fourth, then back to the third, then back to the second, and so on and so forth. Reps always added up to 22, and increase/decrease by 2 each trip.
First ladder was dry docks and LBCs, second ladder was squats and boxcutters. Pax completed both ladders and time was called to mosey back to ASEC around 0609, where the Q called a jailbreak run back to ASEC to deprive the pax of the remaining breath for

We had five people here, presumably because of recovery or concern about rain. The five men who showed got after it, getting between 2.5-3 miles and some good rep work.
It’s fun to try new things, everyone tried something new when they started F3, and one of the good things about F3 is that you don’t necessarily know what’s coming on any given day (unless Grover is Qing). It’s that boost that brings you in, to thing about what hard ass thing we’re going to do at 5:30 each morning that keeps you returning. Not everyone can do it, but everyone should. Thanks for keeping me going bros.
