Everyone resumed their places on the wall and began a quick ladder:

5 Mike Tysons, run to the other side 20 SSH. Repeato 10/15, 15/10, 20/5

LBCs until everyone’s done.

 

Mosey to “Where the Sidewalk Ends”

5 burpees OYO

Mosey back to the wall.

5 burpees, bear crawl to the middle of the field, 5 burpees, crawl bear back.

Jack Webbs to 5

Mosey to the ticket counter

x5: Burpees, Squats, Hand Release Merkins, Plank Jacks

Run to the end and back. (Who the hell left the gate open?!)

• YHC knows how to count, just not very well. “Deadhead, you know you’re a 2 right?”
• YHC also knows clockwise vs counterclockwise… I was simply checking to see if you were paying attention. Unfortunately, you were!
• Crawlbears aren’t the least favorite exercise, but they’re damn close. Mike Tysons are up there too. Who would’ve thought we’d miss Murder Bunnies?
• Good times at Coffeeteria, where topics ranged from Aussie/Kiwi wars, Dingos eating babies, 115 year old cowboys being scalped, emergency flossing and perfectly staged slaps.
• As always, it’s an honor to lead. Thank God for this group, it’s saved me, and countless others I’m sure.
