• Station 1 – 12 Merkins
• Stati0n 2 – 12 Squats
• Station 3 – 12 Weighted V-up
• Station 4 – 12 Bent Row
• Station 5 (Full circle at Station 1) – 3 Man Makers
• Run short lap around the block
• Rinse and Repeat adding 1 to reps at Stations 1-4

Moleskin

Its Hump Day so we humped.  Walking, moving, up and down with the block is real life with all that weighs us down…and it gets heavy after awhile.  Walking made chatter a more doable. Whole group seemed to running late this am with numbers doubling between 5:29 and 5:30.  Java arrived on a motorcycle so Q was excited to see someone else in the Pax is super cool. Slash probably thinks every time I Q you have to carry something…..not true, mostly.  Prayers for Catfish’s sale rep that had to bug out to go home and tend to pregnant wife needing surgery, Ukraine, and Palmetto 200 Team.

Christmas Family Update – We provided for a family where the mom was in a coma when her baby was born and remained in a coma for over a month due to COVID.  You guys did a awesome job providing them with a great Christmas.  Candice, after a long road back, just started back to work as a CCS bus driver.  She was able to pass her DOT physical and get back to driving.  Still some ways to go to be 100% but back on track.  She was singing the praises of Concord F3 as a true blessing from God to my wife and that would listen at work.  Well done!
