10 guys celebrated the ides of March without stabbing one another in the back.  Here’s the how and where:

Warm Up

Little half mile mosey down LePhilip, back past the drag strip and to the Q’s new favorite little secret garden lot, a covered back entrance to the building at the front of the drag strip, circle up for:

• SSH x 20
• Hillbilly x 10
• Loose change x 10
• arm circles and then talk about

THANG- Split into 2 groups, creatively named the ones and the twos.  Go around the circle and a pax calls an exercise. One group does the exercise while the other group runs around the building as a timer.  When group 2 returns from the run, they switch, and Group 1 runs while 2 does the exercise.  Here were the exercises called from the pax who called them:

1. Tombstone- Merks
2. Psycho T- Squats
3. Catfish – J-Los
4. Neverland (skipped FC)- Apolo Ohnos
5. Fire Chicken- V-Ups
6. LMU- Dry Docks
7. Finish Line- Plank
8. Marlboro- WWIIs

10. Spud – Mike Tysons
11. Tombstone- something entirely unmemorable
12. Psycho T – Burpees (again!)
13. catfish- Peter Parkers
14. Fire Chicken: Freddy Merks
15. Neverland: KGBs
16. LMU: Lunges
17. Finish Line- WWIIs
18. Marlboro- Core Killers
19. Tupperware- Down Dog merks
20. Spud- Boxcutters

No prayer requests or announcements, so we hit the Lord’s prayer

Moleskin:

Got just shy of 3 miles, it’s a chance to do a bunch of different reps, make your own beatdown. Did the same thing last Thursday but did a dummy BB, this is a gray default Peoples Q sort of beatdown when you have a last second deal you have to address.  I enjoyed it. So did you all.

Coffe great as always, as the pax decided to wait until we had an inside coffee time to discuss 100 footers, the Q in a LGBTQ, and the proper nomenclature for those persons not blessed with height.
