16 men joined in to blow off some steam or revel in the Q’s misery. Still a cold world. Story below:

Warm-Up

• Mosey down to LePhilip Court to a parking lot
• Motivator x 10 and x 9

• Mosey super secret back route to Dragstrip for

DA THANG

Extended landing strip of anger, pain, and suffering.

Start at light pole one, 5 burpees, stop at light pole 2 about halfway for 10 core killers, run down to the end for 15 dry docks, then run back and stop at light pole 2 for 20 star jumps, back to start, and repeato.

QIC started collecting pax around 0602 and ran to super secret underground lair for some extra credit

Iron cross as all pax held up arms in an arm circle without the circle while we rotated around doing 5 merkins each.  Any droppage meant 10 burpees for all.

Iron boat/canoe was next, same concept, but all pax hold boat as 5 LBCs circle around. Same 10 burpee penalty hung over all pax, yet was avoided despite Deertick’s slow reaction time.

-Anger released, so mediocre broga for all.

Prayed for the Bost family losing their home, the Grady family as they continue to grieve, Homie’s aunt Florida (I think?) dealing with a brain issue, and all pax dealing with the curveballs life throws their way.  Happy 40 Popeye.

Moleskin:

I was angered so I threw some of my least favorite exercises together.  Most got 4-5 trips, over 2 miles, many reps, and much abdominal strain.  Good coffee discussion about the conditions dictating Mayweather’s return to the virtual world.

I felt slightly less aggrieved upon Duke’s failure on Monday night, but also slightly more so.  That said, It is difficult for us to not condition our mood on outcomes we cannot control, but it’s part of life.  The older we get and the more responsibility we have, it’s less appropriate to let a poor showing ruin us.  That said, it’s also healthy and necessary for men to have that outlet to express themselves without judgment.  Thanks for being that outlet bros.
