Warm up:

Mosey to Belk parking lot for warm up stretches and exercises

The Thang:

Indian run around mall.

Circle up for exercises. Mostly upper body, shoulders, planks. Some core and finished with burpees.

Repeat Indian run and exercises.

Repeat Indian run with a couple exercises.

Mosey back to AO for a couple more exercises including burpees.

Moleskin:

Really can’t say enough about the weather. We should be freezing our balls off.

Deertick showed up in his bedroom slippers. Said he would meet us at belk after heading back home to get shoes. Odds were set on whether or not he would show back up. Cat led the yes vote, grover led the No vote. As we circled up after our first Indian run, I started hearing some murmurs and some cheers. I looked up and a shape emerged in the morning gloom lumbering up the hill to the Belk parking lot. Ole’ faithful deertick did make it back – later saying he came back simply because he knew people were betting against him.

We prayed for Carol Grady; those who spent Christmas without a loved one who passed away this year.

You guys are the best. Great way to start the day.
