- 1st cone 15 Squats
- 2nd cone 15 Stump jumpers
- 3rd cone 15 push-ups
2nd Parking lot ( Core )
- 1st cone WWII
- 2nd Cone Flutter Kicks
- 3rd Cone alternating V up’s
3rd parking lot (upper body sorta)
- 1st 15 pushups
- 4 cone suicide
- Finish with 15 more pushups
Then mosey down the road and repeat

- Stretch to the right, down the middle, and to the Left
- Sitting back stretch both sides
- Butterfly stretch

Good to Lead again and I wanted to do something a little different. This group is good for me and I need to come out more. Sometimes I get so busy and realize my work Teammates are my only friends I hang around. I hope in this new year I can strive to do better in the community around me and I PROCLAIM here my goal is to Lead from the front by the end of the year and do a workout where it isn’t a circuit workout. Also God has blessed us with so much and at this time of year we celebrate him giving us the greatest gift of all. He sent his son here to be born and start the journey of redemption for us. What a beautiful and wonderful time of the Year.
