Quick mosey around to Yorktown Rd to visit Tombstone’s soft grass for warmup. 15 SSH, 15 Hillbillies and a quick hamstring stretch finish out our F3 get well wish.

Thang: Proceed to Coltrane track for our version of 12 Days of Christmas. Work through the tasks like you would sing the song.

1 Lap Sound, 2 Lunge walk, 3 Star Jumps, 4 Broad Jumps, 5 Pull-ups, 6 WWIIs, 7 Knee raises, 8 Burpees, 9 Peter Parker’s, 10 Goblet Squats, 11 Core Killers and 12 Mountain Climbers (4c).

Mary: Concluded workout with 15 J-Loes and wonderful Broga.

Moleskin:

Covid’s presence kept us from a glorious 20+ attendance but what a joy filled way to start Christmas Eve. A nice brisk morning filled with chatter, ‘old-fashioned’ Christmas carols (not all approved of XM station choice), coffee, song writing and a ‘get-well’ circle at Tombee’s house.
Although not the festive lights and trees that Homeland asked for we did get to listen to ‘Country Christmas’ during our 12 Days workout. Everyone was made safe from the icy hill but still rubbed shoulders and thighs during knee raises and pull-ups. Men this morning ranged from 19 to 60 and that statement in itself is powerful. We can make an impact on many generations of people in Cabarrus and Rowan counties.
The laughter had today like most days was bountiful kind of like the blessings our Lord has bestowed upon us. We show our care for each other in ways that some people would not understand but it is there, it is dependable and it is strong. ’12 Days’ is a workout written specifically for Coltrane Webb AO and although some tweaks were needed and made it makes me think about my 7 years at F3 Concord. It is easy to think about those important areas of your life this time of year but still imperative that we consciously understand our blessings and gifts.
Prayers given for the Russell family (TP’s High School friend) and healing for Tombstone and Popeye’s M.
Merry Christmas boys focus on the Ms and the kids the next 2 days and make sure they know Jesus loves them everyday!
