Warm up: Mosey to What-A-Burger/Red Hill parking lot for SSH, walk out merkins, hammy stretch, arm circles

Mosey to new parking deck for the thing:

Bottom level was already set up with a street hockey net, a couple of street hockey balls, and one street puck.

Take your best shot. Score? 10 squats with calf raises. Miss? 10 burpees.

Run up the stairs to level two for Mike Tysons, low flutters, and dips.

Run the ramp to level three for mountain climbers, KGBs, and merkins.

Run the stairs back down to play hockey again. I think everyone got around 4-5 shots on net.

Gather equipment and run back to OCT for box cutters until time was called.

Moleskin: Sorry guys, but I didn’t grow up on tobacco road wanting to play for Dean Smith or Mike K. The sound outside of MY house was the sound of street hockey balls and plastic pucks slamming into the garage making dents. So thanks for playing along today. Not sure when or if any of you guys have ever picked up a hockey stick so this was fun. Fire chicken has a serious slap shot. Spud likes to score, even if his shot goes off other guys’ legs. Luther hits the post, and Skinner won’t shoot but will stick handle all the way up to the goal line for an easy goal. He hates burpees. Mayhem has played before, he has a good shot! Mayweather throws his stick when he scores like he’s Freddie Freeman on skates.

Even with an empty net, it’s not as easy as it looks. Not sure how the rest of you guys did so sorry that I left you out.

I will now take this time to shine some light on two of our guys. Spud and Indy. When I was out for most of September, they came through for me and my family in a big way. When I did not know what the next step was, Indy was a always just a phone call away with advice and wisdom. And when Spud kept texting “what do you need, just name it”, he wasn’t just saying it. He meant it. So I thank you both, in a big way.

Watch more hockey. I’ve told you guys before, your local tobacco road hockey team is actually pretty good so give them some love.
