6 other studs who aren’t afraid to put in some OT on Labor Day joined the QIC for a run. There was even a BD sighting! So hide your sisters, moms, aunts and and even your grandmothers!

everyone showed up even with the tease of an extended run. 1 hour run was the plan!  We didn’t have a flag today thanks to little G! But we made due! We took off and took advantage of the light sky to run through the park as we ran the DE Blvd loop.  Ran up to S Rodge and back over the tracks for another mile loop to finish of 6-7 miles for about everyone.  Great run and great push for everyone!  The hour run days have been very few and far between.
