7 men made it out for a cooler but yet still humid morning.  These are brave men who read the backblast and saw the warning about hills and still made it out!

We ran the part of the loop with hills, the X on Goldston and Elm, over and up to Vance and down and back up by the Kannapolis High School.  We had a few minutes to spare once returning to Mary so we did 3 sprints for Dale!  Dale Yeah!  We ran a total of about 4.6 miles.

Prayers – Prospect family at the loss of a father and husband; David Prospect.

Moleskin – not much talk as everyone was saving lungs for the hills.
