17 gentlemen joined the workout this morning and was greeted with good weather and manageable humidity.

Warmup:

Mosey to spine center for warm up stuff.

The Thang:

Moseyed through the Beverly Hills neighborhood to the tennis court where we had a round of exercises.

Moseyed to Beverly Hills school playground for more exercises including pull-ups on the playground and bunny hops up the stairs.

Moseyed back to spine center for final round of exercises.

Great morning to be out. Happy belated birthday to Psycho. Prayers for skinners mother, Indy’s mother, Ace’s associate Suzanne, Carole Grady, and lil Shute heading off to the Air Force academy

We welcomed back Ace from his cross country journey. Still no Bozeman. And hops made it back from punta cana.

Coffeteria was great as always. The member/guest at Cabarrus sounded wild. The stories included a prick attorney from NY. Heated confrontation in the clubhouse. One story involved $100 in a lady’s cleavage, the band, and cops. You put it all together. Lastly, FC won the damn thing. Congrats!

You guys are the best. This comradery is good for the mind, body, and soul. Thanks for joining.
