6 Fellow “runners” joined QIC to hoof it in the humidity for Monday Runday in Kannon!  We kept if flat and a little simple.  We ran down around Ridge and back to main street back to Mary and finished with the mile loop to get in between 4-5 miles.

Cupid came out basically naked to turn on all the fellas……or actually that may be why some of us ran faster!  Loafer disappeared into the darkness to run by himself…..or to get away from Cupid.  Myself and Risky kept a fast past because we can…..or to get away from Cupid.  Grandmaster started strong with Gunny and slowed down and began to walk…..I assume to get away from Cupid.  Gunny and Big Country had a nice steady pace going on…..just enough to stay ahead of Cupid.  LOL!

In all seriousness picking on Cupid but much respect for the oldest respect at Kannon of 57 representing on a humid run day!

Well done by all who came out to be better!

It was a pleasure to lead!  And to stay ahead of Cupid! LOL!
