The Battle of Yorktown
All BackBlasts BackblastsJune 5th, 2021

Accumulating suicide type beatdown up and down the whole of Yorktown Street in front of Coltrane Webb, full distance from Franklin to Cabarrus via Yorktown is approximately 0.3 miles. Start is at station 1, run to Station 2 and perform exercise and run back, then run to Station 3, etc, and then to Station 4, then head back down.
Every time you come upon a stop sign, 2 burpees.
Stations are as follows:
- Start of Yorktown at Franklin- 20 dry docks
- Basketball court at Coltrane- 20 WW2s
- Parking lot facing Tombstone’s house- 20 pickle pounders (think merks w/ no elbow bend)
- End of Yorktown at Cabarrus Ave – 20 squats
Repeato until time called at 0723, short mosey back to OCT for
Mary
Ab blast consisting of LBCs, Dying Cockroaches, Low Flutter x all x 20, all In Cadence. Couple deep breaths and it was done.
Pray for Anvil’s family/FIL, Java’s Mother in Law, Luthor and Grant, and TP’s FIL as all are in differing stages of medical treatment and care.

Beatdown was tougher than expected due to Q misjudgment and weather conditions, many dry docks, many WWII, annoyingly disruptive burpees, and probably more miles than expected. Just your standard new beatdown. No lesson today, sometimes you just sweat to sweat. Everyone was miserable, except Java was flying per usual, FURR COCK was racing Tombstone, Cat was strong and steady, Marlboro was pushing to the limit, Evite is quickly getting muscle memory back, Popeye pushed right to the Merlot line, Anvil was a steady Eddie, and TP was wheeling right along and crushing the exercises.
Everyone who went to the swim meet missed out, except for FC who crushed it for 30 minutes and had to dip out early. A shining beacon of fitness that one.
Thanks for the push to help me pick the daily red pill on a daily basis.
AYE!
