That Thang:

4 of us ran the “Ravenscroft Lasso” route. We all got in 3 loops, 2 ruckers went the greenway route.  It was in the low 50s and a little foggy.

Prayers for injured F3 brothers, F3 brother’s friends and family and coworkers.  Special prayers for Soprano  for making a speedy recovery, Detention’s sister and Heatstroke’s parents.
