Yep, that’s right it’s FREEzing!  YHC woke up sore as could be.  I can’t remember the last time I’ve been so sore, I guess that means the beatdown or the 5’s challenge is working!  Being that I was feeling rough, a nice recovery bird run should do the trick to keep us ready for the Mt. Afton Challenge!  YHC let the runners know the plan and a stern warning was given to the Rucker’s to be back on time.  Just to ensure they would be back on time, we sent MQ Yellowcake with them to supervise. Love boat seemed to be taking it easy and running behind the lead pack with Tugboat Willie, while Talladega, Habs, and Pharoah took off to the front.  Mash and Overdrive were not far behind them, but they were all trying to catch the “2 green beans” myself and Honey do! They eventually caught us and left us in the dust, but we didn’t fret, we knew they would be back to pick us up, overall we got 4-6 miles in and some good conversations.
