3 PAX and 1 FNG not including Dick Clark and/or Ryan Seacrest came out for a NYE pain countdown. I assume Quarantine, Tee times, and overall laziness contributed to the low count. Could be fear of Burpees? Either way, the right men were there. 40 degrees and 92% humidity at start.

Warmorama:

• Run to portico by drop-off
• SSH X 20
• Good Mornings X 10
• Windmill X 10
• Peter Parker X 10

The Party:

• Start under Portico for the F3 Countdown Ball Drop
• 10 Exercises. Stacked Countdown and 1 run around drop off loop at every new number. So, you do 10 mericans and run, then 10 mericans and 9 BBC and run, then 10 Mericans, 9 BBC, 8 Air squats, then run…..and so on until you do all 12 exercises with a final victory lap.

Exercise Count: 120 Mericans, 81 BBC’s, 64 Squats, 49 CDD, 36 Hammers, 25 Burpees, 16 WWII, 9 Diamond Mericans, 4 Jump Lunges and 1 Crunchy from. 1.6 Miles of running around the loop.

MC got to New Years first by a wide margin. MC’s FNG (Daughter’s boyfriend) took second.

Mary:

• Get it? 2021…So inventive…

After Party:

• Low turn-out, but it was great to have MC, his future son-in-law, and wrong way out.
• YHC got there with a couple minutes to spare and Wrong Way was already prepared to head back to bed.
• Forgot speaker so figured there would be mumble chatter but there was none. We could not breathe and had to concentrate on the list of exercises.
• MC killed it. He had celebrated New Years, finished his champagne, and had already went to bed before the next person finished the countdown.
• YHC took a nap as soon as the couch was in range.
• Missed Master Po. Awoke to the dreaded fartsack text notification which is always bad news.

Welcome to Christian who did amazing, but is on his way back to Virginia so likely will not get a name until next year. Prayers for David and healing from ALS and peace for his family. Enjoy your NYE and middle finger to 2020!
