Days of (Harrisburg) Thunder

Now that the new Harrisburg half-mile asphalt track is open, it was time to bring back a classic: Days of Thunder. It was the Railyard 500 and we had to DRIVE THROUGH IT!
Warmup
- Penny Picker x 10
- IST x 10
- Hillbilly x 10
- Mosey to the track
Tha Thang
Enter the track from the “pit” at the far end near the new amphitheater, headed around the track to the far end “pit.” Each lap is just over a half-mile on the flat track.
At each pit, complete the following:
- 3 burpees – FOR DALE!!!!!
- 6 monkey humpers – “The Original” Mark Martin
- 7 WW2 situps – “Polish Prince” Alan Kulwicki
- 9 American Hammers – “Awesome Bill from Dawsonville”
- 11 Mercans – “Jaws” Darrell Waltrip
- 43 lunges (1 per leg) – “The King” Richard Petty
- 48 SSH (with a nod to 24) – “Se7en Time” Jimmie Johnson and “The Kid” Jeff Gordon
