6 dedicated, but slightly low energy men, braved the brisk mist of a post hurricane morn with a promise of a life changing experience…but instead ended up with a Q that was late and 4 exercises in the shape of a square.

Warmorama: (thank you to whoever took the lead to get the men started)

• Run around HT with YHC catching up towards the end. Back to Christian Brothers with no further warm-up exercises. Get right down to it..

The Main Thang:

• 4 corners
  • PAX line up at one corner in the HT parking lot with Bell
  • Corner 1 = 20 KB Swings
  • Corner 2 = 20 Mericans
  • Corner 3 = 20 Goblet squats
  • Corner 4 = 20 Overhead Presses
  • Mosey between corners (or walk…whichever…)
  • Drop by 1 each round until finished
  • Group made it to 10
  • 165 of each exercise = 660 total
  • Punishment issued because Hot Pack was dogging it

Maryish:

• Mosey to Overhang by HT for some Mary:
  • Low Flutter X 20
  • LBC X 25 (for most)
  • Heels to heaven X 10
  • Squirm X 10
  • J-Slo X 8
• Short lap to grab bells
• Mosey Bells to Christian Brothers
• 20 Burpee penalty for Hot Pack not finishing with 5 more added for YHC being late. (Thanks for the suggestion Chauchy). Apparently 10 was the originally stated punishment imposed by YHC.
• Mobility Moment: Pigeon and straight leg stretch
• Recover, Recover

Moleskin:

• YHC late to his own party. Apologies. Took M’s van instead of car…unfortunately bell was in car. Thanks for getting everyone started!
• OK, YHC oversold the life impact of the WO a bit…or alot.
• Rare, but on point “That’s what she said” from Hot Pack! Apparently he has been holding out on us.
• Master Po lobbies name change to Cobra Kai. Sorry, Kung Foo Panda, not Cobra Kai was out at the time of your second post.
• Hot Pack must have had too many wings and nachos. Typically he’d have been finished with the 20 rounds finding extra exercises to do waiting for the rest of us. Hot Pack claims good form as excuse. Maybe, but YHC saw a lot of walking.
• Let’s pray for Master Po’s M’s pregnancy. Pray for all unspoken prayers.
• YHC is currently typing this on his stomach
