Partner up..PAX 1 runs S down Lee Ann stopping at each light post to do an exercise. PAX 2 runs to end of Lee Ann and then runs back due N (330 yards). When partners meet stop and do 1 burpee increasing by ONE each time you meet on the path. PAX 2 now is doing the exercises going S as PAX 2 is running back N. Swap, rinse, repeat. Time called at 0607.

Had to poach this from Spud because really liked this when he did it last year.  Bromerkins I think are mine? Good continuous burn and you can go as hard as you want to or dial in your own frequency of pain and sweat.  No long words this day except to say; stay the course, steady as she goes, avoid the ice bergs in your life upon the sea, and to always strive for goodness.  Prayers said for the people of this country and especially those in Louisiana with yet another storm and they looking down the barrel of the gun.  NB String theory is an attempt to find one unified set of physical laws/principles that governs the universe and the problem of gravity when dealing with subatomic particles.  Not everyone buys into it.  It was first reported in the 1960s and thrown away only to be found again.  In short, there is still much of that in our universe that we do not understand.  It will probably always be that way.
