Mosey of Pain
All Rolling Stone BackblastsJuly 23rd, 2020
5 PAX posted at Rolling Stone on Thursday to get a little bit better. Here’s what went down.
Pulled into parking lot at 0529:30 to 3 other PAX eagerly waiting their dose of the DRP. Quick disclaimer and we were off on a mosey. We grabbed the flag that Heatstroke so graciously planted for us on his way to F3-Mint Hill this morning. Mosey towards HRMS and as we get halfway to the bus entrance, there’s another car turning into the parking lot. It’s Master Po! We wait for him at the corner to make sure he sees us. He sprinted to us in no time. We circle up under the light at the out-building for some warmarama.

The Thang:
Since it was a last minute Q sign up, we kept it simple. We moseyed north on Moss Farm St and crossed over Moss Plantation. At the intersection of said streets, we planted the flag and did 5 burpees, OYO, and 10 smurf jacks, IC. Picked up the flag continued the mosey to the playground at the Moss Creek pool. There we did a 10-1 ladder (or “11’s” as some call it). WWII’s were performed on the nicely padded playground, merkins were performed on the parking lot at the top of the steps. After the merkins, you would complete the loop by running down the sidewalk next to the tennis courts. After the ladder was complete, we took advantage of the cushioned playground and did some LBC’s and some American Hammers. Can’t recall the rep count. Grabbed the flag and began the mosey back to the launch point. We stopped at the same intersection of Moss Farm and Moss Plantation and did 5 more burpees. Continue the mosey and we stopped along Moss Farm before we got to Napa St and banged out 5 more burpees and more LBC’s. I think we did 20 LBC’s, IC. Continue the mosey to HRMS entrance for some double-step ups on the planter boxes. Did 10 of those, OYO and then did 15 dips, OYO. Keep moseying and we stopped at the greenway for the traditional monkey humpers, 15 IC. Sadly, we had no viewers for the show this time.
Mary
There was no stinking Mary. Ended right on time, exactly how I planned it out the whole time!

Moleskin:
Good to have Sir Topham Hatt over at Rolling Stone this morning. He always brings his A-game. He talked about posting at the Stone on Tuesdays and Thursdays here and there since those are off days at Kannon. We welcome you any time brother! Was also good to meet Master Po, who also put in a strong performance this morning. And you know Soprano and Firestone always bring it. They were talking shop about tires and garbage trucks during the ladder. I think Firestone supplied the tires for Soprano’s garbage trucks, or something like that. It was good to get out there and get at it with my F3 brothers. Keep putting in the work men! Until next time………….
Stay safe!
