YHC thought the advertising would bring a strong group of Dawgs out to the kennel, and it sure did!  7 men took my offer and came out to see what was in store for this morning.
Disclaimer was given and we were off to warm up.

No burpees so let’s get that heart beat pumping and run to the stairs, but let’s go the long way around the school.  When we arrived at the stairs, to celebrate we did 15 Merkins.

• People’s chair arm presses x 15

put the bricks back, Turbine showed us why we can’t have nice things!  I think he mumbled something like hulk smash.?

Great job today by all.  I started off the morning telling grassy knoll he looked slimmer, but he didn’t think so. Well he definitely has gotten slimmer and faster at each workout.    It was great to have Buck and Yellowcake out there with me, I feel like we are somewhat the three amigos.  Buck and I started around the same time at F3 and Yellow cake restarted around the same time, so it’s always nice when you see the guys that kept you going for so long.  Turbine was SUPER strong today, he ripped a cinder block in half!  I was running with Love boat (yes, I know that’s a stretch but it’s true) and I was telling him about the Yankees ball player that was there this morning, it should come as no surprise that they played together at some point.  #Youngins

it was Great to see Rosin Bag back out, I knew he was waiting on the toughest workout of the year to make his return, cause only an MQ could give him a good enough workout to get him up at 5:30! Lol!
