13 men came out to beat the heat and some miles in.  What YHC thought could be an easy enough stroll on parts of the Bull Run quickly turned into a fast cruise as most decided to run sub 8 minute splits.

The Route

From Percent we headed to Carl Parmer, turned right and headed out to 49.  49 to School Rd and then up Morris to avoid the clutter of 49, crossed Morehead and took Hudson down to til it ends, turned right and came back Valhalla to Morehead and then to Rocky River Crossing and back to our starting spot. (Site is being awesome and not letting me just upload a dang picture of it)

Great job to all that ran and/or rucked today

Moleskin

Went back and forth with what to do.  Didn’t want to do speed/tempo work again and the hills of Harris Depot just weren’t doing it for me either.  So picked an old route of mine that offered a lesser option for anyone that wanted to take it.

@Espresso led the way as always it seems now. @flipphone did his best to keep up but in his defense he put in a couple miles beforehand this morning

Appreciate @exit54 hanging back and talking some Premier League shop with me (2 weeks til restart for all you futbol fans I know you’re stoked)

Shoutout to @Sheepdog too who was out running the bull run

Great work to all this morning, I didn’t come up thinking I’d be pushing the pace to keep up with the greyhounds but good to know I still got the legs to hold my own.

Coffeeteria always good, no Goldberg talk without @Wexler but we did decide that whatever the heck they were doing for Burn looked terrible.

Don’t forget to sign up for the Extinction Race. Even if you can’t or won’t run, please donate.  Big Brother Big Sister is a great organization that does a lot for our community and beyond and with everything uncertain moving forward, they can use the help and assistance.

Thanks for running with me and pushing me, Harrisburg anniversary is tomorrow apparently so come out to the Ridge
