To complete the day out, YHC Q’d his 3rd beatdown of the day.  5 PAX braved the heat to better themselves.

Where did the promised rain go?  I would have traded for last night’s torrential downpours.  It was hot, hot, hot.  85 degrees but felt like more.  The contingent ran from patch of shade to patch of shade.

The Q was the last to arrive.  Traffic is quite a bit different at 5:30pm than 5:30am.  No FNGs, solid disclaimer and we were off.

Wonderful way to end the day of my first F3 birthday.  Sorry for leading Poutine to a bee.  He warned us and promptly got stung.

The 5:30pm crew had no complaints about my exercise choices and handled the varying speeds of my cadence call with grace.  A real veteran crew.

Prayers continue to go up for Poutine’s father-in-law, who is improving but still has a road ahead.

One last call out to Tradition.  HotWheels was there on my first day and went to great lengths to make me feel welcome for the first couple months of joining F3.  No one EH’d me, so it was great that he was so encouraging and it is not forgotten.
