20 studs gathered in the barely gloom for a Sat am beat down that would push some limits.  You should all feel confident YHC had a plan around the AO all mapped, but how could we resist the open gate at MCHS football field.  Today’s beat down was sponsored by Under Armor.  Mosey to parking lot by tennis court

Check main gate to field, no go.  Stumble upon a second gate wide open…  feels like it was meant to be.  Enter the football field down the bleachers and line up on goal line.

• From goal line, sprints to 10 and back, 20, 30, 40
• Merkins at the 10 x 10
• Air Squats at the 20 x 20
• Merkins at the 30 x 30
• Airsquats at the 40 x 40
• rest and climb the ladder back down

Mosey to sideline benches – find a partner

• P1 runs across the 50 yard line, left or right to goal line and cross field, back up sideline to 50 and relieve partner until a total of:
• 150 merkins
• 150 step ups
• 150 LBCs

• Partner wheelbarrow up the bleachers steps x each partner

Back to field

• Partner wheelbarrow across field, swap as needed
• Partner carry across field and back
• Partner wheelbarrow across field, swap as needed

On the field and with partner run, swap, rinse repeating…

• Deconstructed burpee-ish
  • 100 merkins
  • 200 jump squats
  • 300 LBCs

• @Brinkley was giving quite the encouraging direction during partner wheelbarrow, thus today’s BB title.
• Obviously had to construct the beat down on the fly this morning.  Hopefully it wasn’t too disjointed.
