I figured since it’s feeling like Spring nowadays we ought to run the Bird. YHC rolled in to the Dawghouse not feeling 100%, but excited to see the guys turning out. I guess everyone trusted Ueker’s word on slack that it wasn’t going to rain.

I’m not sure about the other guys, but today’s run was definitely a mental struggle. It seems like I was constantly telling myself to push a little longer and a little further. But nevertheless, I felt great after finishing. It’s always a win in my book to get up early and push myself to become better than I was yesterday.
