7 Studs, 2 Gazelles and 1 rucker ventured out to get a pre-Christmas beat down or maybe just some exercise. 12 days of Christmas has landed in Afton. ‘Catfish’ at Kannon hosts an event like this every year. I figured I would share it with my Aftonians. I changed up the exercises a bit so we could add in some cinder blocks. Although, YHC’s biceps are still sore from a Kojak BD earlier in the week…. I had flashbacks of the Iron Pax Challenge again. Also welcome back ‘Shake n Bake’… all the way from Boone.

WARMARAMA:

• SSH 20IC

• Arm circles

The THANG:

• Go grab a block and lets get to it! The Day represents the reps.

MARY:

• Mary was a little different this time. YHC was feeling Blessed being surrounded by a great group of Men. So, we sat on our six and went around the group each of us expressing the Blessings we encountered in 2019…. some amazing Blessings this year.

MOLESKIN:

Below is a picture of our crew with Louis. Louis is the grounds keeper at Afton. He makes sure the bathrooms are opened every morning at 5am (Very Important), the park is liter free and paths/tennis courts are blown off.   Hokie Pokie spear-headed the idea this year of giving Louis an F3 shirt and a QT gift card.
