0530 on the watch and 5 PAX plus YHC moseyed to begin the beatdown. Big surprise this morning was seeing @Starsky in 40-degree weather, YHC felt honored. @Kojak was number 7 and joined us at the bottom of the far blacktop ramp for the warm-a-rama:

-SSHx15IC

-Mountain climber x 10IC

-shoulder circles and Michael Phelps OYO

Two more cars pulled in as the beatdown began:

-2 burpees, run to the top, 4 burpees, run to bottom of other ramp, 6 burpees, back over to start for 8 burpees, back to top for 10 burpees

10WWII, 15LBC, 20 low flutter

Mosey to winners circle around large Christmas tree:

Around the clock with stops at 12,3,6,9. Bear crawl to stops, 10 merkins at each.

Short mosey to covered entrance, partner up:

-P1 runs stairs while P2 does exercise, flap jack:

-dips

-jump squats

-CDDs

10 low dolly, 15 RBC, 20 mason twist

Short mosey to ramp with pull up bars:

-10 decline merkins at bottom, 10 incline WWIIs in middle, 10 pull ups at top, quad run up x 2 or 3

10 mountain climbers, 15 plank jacks, 20 in and outs

Line up for Indian run back to cars (no penalty off back), took a left turn up a ramp for a little extra credit.

Great work this morning, PAX powered thru and didn’t quit. YHC grabbed his phone for the name-a-rama based on my age and memory (lack thereof). Turns out my phone didn’t record (user error but I’ve had the damn thing for 4yrs) so I called on my lifelines (@Kojak and @Gamma) for assistance on naming a few PAX I’m not quite familiar with yet. Thanks for letting me lead, it was an honor. Enjoy the 70- degree YMCA @Starsky!
