3 HIM (No-H, Gentle Grizzly, and YHC) met for some repeats of the Senator Royall Dr hill from hell. Despite his disapproval voiced on the Slack channel the evening before, Gentle Grizzly showed which was appreciated by YHC.  We ran up and down the hill for 45 minutes alternating between gut wrenching painful up hills and exhilarating and freeing down hills.  Despite YHC’s best efforts, Landlord is still the King of the Hill on both the single up hill segment and the 2 laps training segments.
