All BackBlasts Backblasts

17 distinguished gentlemen joined YHC to enjoy some of the finer things in life.  It was still as humid as tying up your 40 footer in 95 degree heat, but we persevered with class and dignity.  Here is a simple breakdown:

Warm Up:

THAT THANG

YHC began by turning on the speaker and explaining the beautiful simplicity of the most dignified musical genre known to man, Yacht Rock.  A song would come on, and the pax would do a series of exercises or burn out one exercise until we hit the end of the first chorus, at which point we would mosey until the next song began, at which point we would stop and begin the next exercise until the end of the first chorus, so on and so forth.

Prayers for Smith & Wesson’s two new grandchildren born 2 days apart.  Awesome stuff!!!

We got yachty, it was awesome.  If you missed it, too bad.  Africa going up the hospital deck stairwell was epic.  I want to do this workout again sometime, but perhaps i’ll break out 90’s grunge or alt rock.  We got in 2 miles, bunch of reps, good rock work, good rep work and an awesome crowd as per usual.  My socks were rocked off.

F3 is good stuff, tell your friends as long as they don’t suck.  We were classy AF.  I was gonna wear a collared shirt to Q the beatdown but chickened out, sorry I blew that one.

Go Heels go America.

Mornings are better with F3, appreciate you all having my bow.

AYE!
