2 HIM joined YHC in a Beatdown on the new playground up the street. Here’s how it went down.

Warmarama:

SSH x 20 IC

Windmill x 15 IC

Cotton Pickers x 15 IC

Merkins x 10 IC

The Thang:

Mosey to the entrance for some Plank Jacks

Mosey to playground of new neighborhood for the following:

50 Pull Ups

100 Merkins

150 LBCs

One person ran around the whole area the playground sat on and switched off until all of the above exercises where complete.

Mosey back to the clubhouse stopping at the entrance of the DL neighborhood for more Plank Jacks x 10 IC

Mosey back to Shovel Flag for Mary:

Mason twist x 15 IC

Crunchy Frog x 10 IC

Low Dolly x 10 IC

Pretzel Crunch x 10 IC each side
