Only One, Maybe Two Men Left Behind

Today we saw some familiar faces from the not so distant past! And some old ones that frankly, we are getting tired of but we won’t mention any names but they rhyme with belly and fah-shizzle-mean. We braved the thick, humid air for an infrequent Hammer led beatdown that went a little something like this.
Warmorama was the usual SSH, Cotton pickers, Windmills, arm circles with a little imperial squat walkers. Each around 10-15 in cadence. We rounded it out with some arm circles and tossed in some toe touches for the record.
We then mosied around the school and paused for some curb merkins, right hand, calf raises and planks until we made it to the court yard where we partnered up for 3 rounds of partner throw downs, partner shoulder presses and some muscle ups whilst our partner ran, forrest ran.
We continues back around the school where we completed our balancing act with the left arm curb merkins. We proceeded to the bleachery hill via backwords running where Hammer led a 7 to 1 ladder to the PAX cheering. 7 CDDs and merkins were the prize at the top and bottom.
It was unfortunate that Hammer left his partner hanging on the partner shoulder presses. Fortunately, Schnitzel was a gentleman and kindly called YHC out so we kissed and made up. There was one random stranger, I think he goes by Robins Nest who was a refusenik for the majority of the beatdown. Only 2 men left behind!
Mary came quickly and included some stretches, again for Hammer, then Pretzel crunches, Low Dolly and something else I cannot recall but has to do with Queen.
Thee Naked Moleskin pure and simple:
- Kudos to Peanuts for his youth and strength, he smoked us.
- Jellly laid low and had a Blind Date for the workout since he is preparing for his Trifecta
- Opiod was a welcome return and nailed it
- Oboe the form police was silenced by the massive beatdown….Victory!
