Pre-Blast – Q School is coming to the Highlands on August 1

Attention PAX. @Gump and @Alcatraz will be hosting another Q School at the Highlands on Thursday August 1 from 530AM to 615 AM. The address is Highland Creek Elementary School, 7242 Highland Creek Parkway in Charlotte. If you are new to F3 or simply want to sharpen your skills then please feel free to join us. FNG’s from other AO’s should be accompanied by a mentor if possible. The 45 minute program will introduce you to some of the history of F3, explain why we use so many funny names, and give you a chance to see how to structure a workout, call cadence, write a backblast, and more. It will be run like a regular workout and attendees will get chance to name an exercise for the group and call cadence. It is important for any newer PAX to attend if possible so you can start moving into a leadership role that will allow you to Q your own workouts. All attendees will receive a free gift (while supplies last). We hope to see you there.
