The gloom welcomed a PAX of 6 at Skywalker this morning for some futbol non-americano. That’s right, we enjoyed the communist game of Soccer. YHC knew this may be the only day in the year that the field at Central Park would be dry, so we took full advantage of the AO and here is how it went down…
Warmarama
- 15 SSH
- 15 Cotton Pickers
- 10 Windmills
- 15 IST
- 15 HBs
- 10 Low Slow Squat
The Thang
- Mosey to Central Park
- Complete 5 Burpees at the Sparky pit-stop
- Assemble on Soccer field
- YHC placed a Soccer ball in various locations around the field and each PAX member rotated turns trying to hit the assigned target (sometimes the goals, sometimes other random obstacles)
- If the PAX member hit the target, the PAX did 30 LBCs
- If the PAX member missed the target, the PAX ran a circuit to each of the four goals, completing the same exercise at each before running to the next goal. YHC designated the rep count and exercise each time, which included Merkins, Hand Release Merkins, Jump Squats, Monkey Humpers, Plankjacks, Carolina Dry Docks, Mountain Climbers and some repeatos.
- Quadraphilia back up the hill to the Clubhouse for Mary (hardest part of the workout)

- 15 Low Flutters
- 15 Box Cutters
- 10 Pretzel Crunch
- 10 Low Dollys
- 30 LBCs (because we didn’t get nearly enough on the field)
Moleskin
- Ambassador stopped by from his elitist workout at the Skybrook gym to join us peasants for the take-out. We were actually glad to see him though. However, I get the feeling that Ambassador has blacklisted my Qs…..(He once left my Q mid-workout)
