Time Laps(e) & Scrabble Warm-up
All BackBlasts BackblastsMay 15th, 2019
Eight PAX made the proper decision to enter the Gloom this morning for a Time Laps(e) warm-up led by YHC. What they didn’t expect was a vocabulary lesson to go along with it.
The disclaimer was given to seven, and five runners and 2 ruckers embarked on their way. A sixth runner (and his on-leash FNG) were picked up shortly after.

Moleskin
- YHC caught a lot of flak for use of the word sartorial before the run. FYI, via @kleanup on Slack: Sartorial; Adj, relating to tailoring, clothes, or style of dress. e.g. “sartorial elegance”
- Feel free to use that in your next round of Scrabble.
- @Hugo and @pavarotti also contributed to the lesson this morning, though I can’t remember what the words were
- Thanks to @dimebag for bringing FNG Fozzy on the cruise. His presence may have made @kleanup a bit uncomfortable but he was a welcome addition to the PAX. No word on if @heatstroke will count him in the EH challenge
- @pavarotti claimed to see both deer and a fox on No. 1 as we were finishing up. YHC saw nothing, and we aren’t sure the fox actually existed
- It was a pleasure as always to lead this fine group of men this morning. Looking forward to Time Laps(e) this weekend. If you aren’t running, come have a beer and some second F with us and support @landlord’s quest to break the 100 mile barrier.

Undulation.
It may have been a coyote.
