Please join us on Saturday May 4 at Mallard Creek Community Park to celebrate the seven year anniversary of MECA’s first AO – The Highlands. Workout will be led by @Gordo, @Murdock, and @Powerball from 7AM to 8AM followed by some second F with coffee and doughnuts at 8AM. The park is located at 3001 Johnson Oehler Road beside Mallard Creek High School. All of MECA is invited to attend.
