Pre-Blast – Q School Coming to Highlands on Thursday March 7

Attention all MECA PAX. @Alcatraz and @Gump will be hosting a Q School this Thursday morning at 530AM at Highland Creek Elementary School. The class will last 45 minutes and will include a brief history of F3, why we have so many weird nicknames for everything, how to organize and lead a beatdown, and how to call cadence. Q School is open to all of MECA and is highly recommended for new PAX that have not yet led a workout, as well as experienced PAX who want to learn more about F3 or need to refresh some of their skills. The school is located in the Highland Creek neighborhood at 7242 Highland Creek Parkway. Please HC in the comment section below or on Slack if you are interested in attending.
