4th Running of the F3 Grand Prix

14 PAX showed up for the fourth running of the F3 Grand Prix. The weather was a little chilly, but at least it wasn’t raining. A very thorough disclaimer was given, during which Gump made some comments about my compression pants. If I didn’t know any better, I would think Gump was checking out my ass.
Warm-A-Rama:
Mosey to the back parking lot beside the track, with a little karaoke, a little Google Bun Shapers (got to make Gump happy), and a little high knees (Chavez made the comment my high knees resembled a Stoli Skip).
Circle Up
- 15 x SSH (aka Gumps because he doesn’t do them)
- 15 x Hill Billy’s
- 15 x Cotton Pickers
- 15 x Mountain Climbers
The Thang: The F3 Grand Prix
It all takes place around the track. The PAX begin by doing 10 Burpees at the starting line. They then make their way around the track between turns 1 and 2 where the PAX do 20 Mercans. The PAX then run to the back stretch where the PAX do 30 LBCs. The PAX continue around the track between turns 3 and 4 where they perform 40 Squats (someone mentioned this was a lot of Squats and Disaster reminded everyone it could be worse, it was once 40 Lunges). Rinse and Repeat-o until time is called.
