20 men took a gamble and got out of the fart sack this morning and were greeted by an unusually mild 50-degree morning for a Pony Boy led workout.  It went something like this:

Warmarama!

Mosey to front of Ridge Middle school with butt kickers, high knees along the way.  Stop at the parking lot lines for some Parking Space Tracker (Run, Backpedal, Slide) each parking space.  Circle up:

• SSH x20
• IST x15
• Cotton Pickers x15
• Groiners x15
• 4×4’s

The Thang

Aiken Legs –

• 20 Squats
• 20 Box Jumps
• 20 Lunges (10 each leg)
• 20 Split Legs (10 each leg)

Alternating Shoulder Tap x50 (single count) OYO

Mosey to Bus Parking lot and line up at 1st basketball goal for a game of Black Jack

• 20 Merkins – Sprint to 3rd Basketball Goal – 1 LBC – Sprint back to 1st Basketball Goal
• 19 Merkins – Sprint to 3rd Basketball Goal – 2 LBC – Sprint to 1st Basketball Goal
• 18 Merkins – Sprint to 3rd Basketball Goal – 3 LBC – Sprint to 1st Basketball Goal
• etc
• 10 Merkins – Sprint to 3rd Basketball Goal – 11 LBCs

After much mumble chatter an audible was called and on 16 and 12 rep Squats were substituted for Merkins
