6 pax posted for a cruise on hilly terrain.  While none of the climbs are terrible, there is not really any flat section of this course.  This kicked my butt a couple weeks ago so figured it’s a good one for the “hill/speed” Monday run.  Went like this:

Started at Corvian then up to Governor Hunt and turned left.  Looped back into the David Taylor Corporate Center and onto Claude Freeman.  Up to Mallard Creek then over to and down Senator Royal.  Left on David Taylor and past Corvian up to Research Dr. and then back to Corvian for some extra credit.

• This was a fast group – I was pulling up the 6 immediately out of the gates.
• I appreciate the accountability with this group – the fartsack was tempting knowing it was cold outside but am glad I had the Q as it forced me to go.
