7 men showed up without a plan and low expectations and YHC was there to fulfill!

Mosey with lines

find some cinderblocks – make friends with the cinderblocks – carry them everywhere you go!

if you let your cinderblock friends down then you and your F3 brothers get do do burpees!

Mosey around the AO with CBs and do exercises in various locations

We did find the truck tires still exist and we flipped them many times to check both sides.

BTW – we have one unusually heavy cinderblock so beware next time you choose….
