Oboe returned from a Q hiatus to lead a rather reserved group of 8 from Comanche including Easy Rider (Formerly FNG Frank Banaey making his first appearance at our home AO and Chima returned after a headlock from Sizzlean.  In unlikely fashion Hammer was early and arrived rather sweaty from a pre Bootcamp run around the schools.  Disclaimer was given and newbies were made aware to modify as needed and that Pax got your back.
The Thang
Slow mosey around the lot and circle up for warm-o-rama

When Pax arrives 5 Offset Merkins right and 5 left

Pair up and begin football training camp.
1st partner would perform exercise and 2nd partner would run down yard line and around the field

at 40 yard line plan was for 400 Squats — due to time constraint each partner did 1 set of exercise and running

  1. YHQ updated pax on Killowat status — he is home but still undergoing tests to determine what is ailing him.  He has been seen walking in Skybrook.
  2. Continued prayers for those impacted by Florence and for Oboe’s daughter who is heading back to University of NC @ Wilmington to start back after being out for over 3 week
  3. Bon voyage and safe travels to Hammer and MHammer along with Kevorkian and MKevorkian as they head over for a nice holiday in Italy.  Hammer was hitting up the pax to buy Euros for his trip.  How are you working out that exchange rate Hammer?
