Six men met this morning during a humid break in the rain to see how wet the Greenway was.  Major Pain decided to stick to the roads but the rest of us enjoyed a peaceful run, only broken by the frequent kamikaze frog attacks.  One skilled frog hit one of my feet in mid air stride then somehow hit the other foot on the next stride.

It was good running with you guys again.  The Rock, you are doing great!  Keep it up.
