Mosey to ring of Honor for: SSH’s x 50 IC (of course), IST’s x 15 IC, & SLOW cotton pickers x 15 IC

Mosey to Dale for Part 1 of the THANG:

Round 1: 10 wall jumps, 25 merkins, 25 LBC’s IC…Round 2: 10 star jumps, 25 down dog merks (still suck) 25 Freddy merks IC….Round 3: 20 jumping lunges SC, 25 derkins, & 25 Dying Cockroaches IC

Indian Run from Dale to Iron Plate Pile for part 2:

Picked up 2 plates because the REAL men posted for 10 curls IC & 10 skull crushers IC…did that twice then dropped 1 plate for 15 curls IC and 15 skull crushers IC…return plates and mosey to parking deck for part 3

Round 3: Sprint up each ramp and walk the curve…equaled 12 sprints…exited via stairwell and moseyed to the U and nice pace around until QIC stopped pax about 80 yards away from sidewalk.

Round 4: Lined up single file with QIC arranging pax in a particular order.  First pax instructed to run and next pax begins chase at 4th tree, then 3rd pax tried to run down 2nd pax in line when he got to fourth tree…continued that until all pax had ran.  If pax got caught they had to do 10 burpees…NO one was caught as Q’s fault for giving too much space…won’t happen next time.

Announcements/prayer requests: great time for those that went out to F2 for Trick Daddy and Scout last night.   Lack of numbers getting annoying…pick it up men.  Traveling mercies for all those pax traveling around 4th of July week.

Moleskin: great effort by all and I hope you all enjoyed the workout as I made it up.  Ticked that chicken strip, trick daddy, and scout did a big FARTSACK after seeing them at F2 last night.
