The morning got off to a great start with welcoming back Brutus to the pre run scene, and all the way from JoBurg Archetype joined us for 2.2 miles of downhill pleasure.  As we got back to intake we were greeted by a by crowd already starting to form.

17 PAX posted including an impromptu convergence by our friends from Tradition.  Great leadership Sterling!!!!  My wife and I are leading a mission team to Peru in the morning.  Interestingly, World Cup play starts today and Peru will be playing in their first world game since 1982.   On our trip there last November we watched with locals as the Peruvian national team clinched their place in the 2018 World Cup.  So many thanks to God for lining up their first match as we arrive back in country on Saturday for their first cap match, game time is 12pm EST.

Mosey Run around Alcatraz with High Knees, But Kickers, Toy Solders, then circle up for IST, MC/WM…..

Mosey to the Soccer Field, 8 men grab a C-Block and park it on the sidewalk for now.

Torture Run around the perimeter of the soccer field – Sprint, Jog, Sprint, Jog, 7 laps

Goalie Training – Partner up, size doesn’t matter.  Partner one holds out the C Block – coaching the goalie to dive Left, dive  Right or dive Down, as the goal dive down, 1 Mercin before getting back in the ready position. 20 Count / Switch

Agility Run through staggered cones, sprint to cone, side step to cone, sprint forward to next cone, and so on.. 4 Laps

6 cone rectangle SOCCER CONDITIONING DRILL 7 Laps

Start with 10 pushups at the first cone, followed with a sprint to the 2nd cone.

At 2nd cone do 10 sit ups, and sprint to the 3th cone.

At 3rd cone do 10 knee jumps, and sprint across to the 4th cone.

Repeat 10 pushups, and sprint to cone 5.

At 5th cone repeat 10 sit ups, and sprint to cone 6.

Finish with another 10 knee jumps, and a sprint to the FINISH line.

Peru Vs Denmark Predictive MATCH. Until Time Out ½ Court play.  The match ended in a 0 – 0 tie sending the game into PK’s.  Archetype takes the first shot for Denmark, in what would be the only,and game, winning goal, sending Denmark to the top of Group C

COT Archetype prayed over the team to Peru, joined by Brutus, Hot Wheel covered archetype in prayer for his mission here in the states and safe reentry back to JoBurg.
